Product Description
Product Introduction:
This machine is accessory equipment for transportation machinery, suitable for hanging on steel structures in departments such as ore dressing plants, smelting plants, cement plants, sand mines, and mechanized foundry workshops, and is installed below the hopper for continuous feeding. It provides a uniform, quantitative, and continuous supply of lump, granular, or powdery materials.
Feeding capacity: 4.5—25t/h
Feeding granularity: 0—50mm
Applicable materials: lump, granular, or powdery materials.
Product Working Principle:
The machine operates on the principle of an eccentric wheel mechanism, which causes the jaw plate to move back and forth periodically, continuously, and evenly conveying the material. The primary power source is an electric motor that drives the eccentric wheel through a turbo reducer, and then through a connecting rod, it transforms the circular motion into a reciprocating motion, driving the jaw plate to move back and forth. When the jaw plate swings in a clockwise direction, the material accumulated on it is moved along due to friction, and some new material from the hopper is discharged to fill the space formed externally within the machine. When the jaw plate moves in a counterclockwise direction, the material inside prevents further material from following the jaw plate into the machine's interior, thus pushing it into the feed pipe or the receiving hopper of the conveyor belt installed below. With the periodic swinging of the jaw plate, the material is continuously and evenly supplied.
Product Advantages:
It is installed below the storage bin or hopper to transport materials that are not more than 50mm in size, dry, and not prone to caking, such as ores. However, it is not suitable for conveying powdery materials, as they can easily cause blockages that affect feeding and also lead to dust flying, which can impact the cleanliness of the workplace. When the machine is not in operation, it can also be used as a locking device.
