Product Introduction
The heavy apron feeder is an auxiliary equipment for transportation machinery. This machine is used in large-scale ore dressing plants, crushing and grading workshops, as well as in cement and building materials departments, to continuously and evenly feed material from the stockpile to the primary crusher. It can also be used for short-distance transportation of materials with larger particle sizes and specific gravity. It can be installed horizontally or at an incline, with a maximum inclination of 12 degrees. To prevent the direct impact of materials on the feeder, it is required that the stockpile does not reach an empty state.
Scope of application: Feeding for crushers in large-scale ore dressing plants and departments of cement, building materials, etc.
Production capacity: 100-400 m³/h.
Product Working Principle
The machine uses high-strength forged chains with a pitch of 228.6mm as the traction elements. Two chains pass around a pair of drive sprockets installed at the head of the machine and a pair of tension wheels at the tail of the machine, forming a closed loop. Each link of the two rows of chains is equipped with heavy-duty, interlocking conveying pans, creating a continuous conveying route capable of carrying materials. The weight of the machine itself and the materials are supported by multiple rows of idler wheels, chain support wheels, and guide rails installed on the machine. The drive system is connected to an AC frequency converter speed motor linked to a reducer, which then drives the carrying mechanism to run at low speed through a coupling with the drive assembly. Materials discharged from the tail hopper are transported along the conveying route to the front of the machine and discharged, achieving the purpose of continuously and evenly feeding the working machinery below.
