Product Introduction
This product is suitable for departments such as ore dressing plants, smelting plants, cement plants, sand mines, and mechanized foundry workshops. It is generally suspended on steel structural components and installed below the hopper for continuous feeding.
Applicable materials: Slag, clinker, limestone, clay, gypsum, furnace slag, and other powdery, granular, or small lump materials.
Production capacity: 0—88.4t/h

Product Working Principle
Product Working Principle Bulk materials enter the receiving cylinder from the hopper, and the materials slide down the wall of the receiving cylinder due to their own weight and accumulate on the disc. The natural angle of the material heap on the disc can be controlled by adjusting the gap between the sleeve and the disc using the adjusting bolts. As the disc rotates, the material is evenly scraped off the disc by the discharge knife onto the outside and falls down, thus being evenly scraped into the receiving hopper by the discharge knife as the disc turns. The continuous rotation of the disc completes the uniform feeding operation. The amount of feeding can also be controlled by adjusting the gap between the discharge knife and the disc. During operation, the electric motor drives the disc mounted on the worm reducer through a pulley.
