Product Introduction
The belt feeder is one of the most commonly used feeding equipment. According to the conveying process requirements, it can be used for single-machine conveying, multiple-machine conveying, or combined with other conveying equipment to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system, meeting the needs of different layout types.
Scope of application: Widely used in metallurgy, mineral processing, building materials, hydroelectric power, and other departments.
Applicable materials: Suitable for transporting various bulk, granular loose materials with a bulk density of 0.5—2.5t/m3.
Production capacity: 10—450t/h.
Product Working Principle
Material is fed onto the belt of the belt feeder through a feeding chute. As the AC variable speed motor rotates, the belt moves forward slowly, and the material on the belt is fed into the next process through the first round, achieving continuous feeding.
There are two ways to adjust the production capacity: one is to adjust the speed of the AC variable speed motor, and the other is to adjust the depth of the insertion of the regulating gate installed on the feeding chute.
