Product Introduction
The Chute Feeder can be mounted on the ground or suspended above the discharge opening of a mine bin. It conveys lump materials from the storage bin to the receiving device through the reciprocating motion of the bottom plate and is not suitable for conveying powdery materials. It is generally used for feeding jaw crushers.
Feeding capacity: 10~90t/h
Feeding granularity: 0-350mm
Applicable materials: Suitable for short-distance conveying and feeding of lump materials with a granularity of less than 160 mm.
Product Working Principle
The trough ore feeder is typically installed below the discharge opening of a material bin. The ore falls onto the grating at the bottom of the trough, which is mounted on rollers. The grating is connected to the double shaft reducer through an eccentric mechanism and then coupled to the electric motor via a coupling. During operation, the electric motor drives the reducer through the coupling, and the eccentric disc moves the grating in a reciprocating straight-line motion between the trough frame bottom and the rollers, thus achieving uniform feeding.
